You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We deliver to most parts of India within 5-9 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, FIN FREE KID cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
Payment
Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, UPI and Net banking and COD.
We ship orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sunday or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.
Some exceptions:
- 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.
- During busy periods such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order.
- For items not in stock, it could take 2-6 weeks for the item to be dispatched.
In all of these cases, we will keep you informed via email or call.
Cancellation Policy
In case you want to cancel an order, please email finfreekid@gmail.com or call us on +91 9835512913 before the order is shipped out(2 hours of placing the order). If you place a cancellation request after the order is shipped, we will be unable to recall it.
Fin Free Kid reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case an incorrect price is listed or for any other reason. In such a situation, we will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer’s side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.
- Returns & Refunds: We do not offer returns and refunds. If any items from the delivered order are missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to request a replacement. Any purchase made during our sale period is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of transit damage. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please reach out to us in the pre mentioned time period for us to take action on the same as its on case to case basis for sale period. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any damage to the product’s packaging during transit.
- Replacement: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to qualify for a replacement. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
- Process for Replacement: We will arrange for pick-up. If reverse pickup is not possible in your area, please send the product yourself. When the bill is shared with us, we will reimburse for the shipping costs.
